Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not use analytics, tracking tools, or third-party advertising services.

Apple Services Used by the App

GetGrip uses native Apple services to provide functionality. These services are subject to Apple's privacy policies:

• Weather Data: The App accesses weather information to provide wax recommendations. Weather data is retrieved directly from Apple's services and is not collected or stored by us.
• Location Services: If you grant permission, the App uses your device's location to retrieve weather data for your area. Location access is optional, and you can manually select locations instead. Your location data is not collected, stored, or transmitted to us.
• CloudKit: The App uses Apple's CloudKit to store your trial period information on your personal iCloud account. This data remains in your iCloud storage and is not accessible to us. You control this data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Data Storage

All App settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers.

Family Sharing

When you purchase the App through Family Sharing, Apple manages the sharing functionality. We do not receive information about family members.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools beyond Apple's native frameworks.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your Rights

As a Norwegian company, we comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. Since we do not collect personal data, standard data subject rights (access, deletion, etc.) do not apply.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. Since we do not collect personal information from anyone, the App can be used by all ages.
